NEO Industries Knoxville began its work roll plating operations in May, 1989. Its original design was aimed at providing the Southeastern United States aluminum and steel industries with a quality work roll plater.

This service remains the company's core business as they continue to provide both conventional plating procedures and proprietary plating techniques to the local industry.

NEO Knoxville also provides engineering hard chrome plating to local companies, specializing in hydraulic cylinder repair and polishing.

NEO Knoxville maintains ISO 9001:2000 certification through the NSF-ISR.
